Synergistic Lubrication Mechanism of Nano-Fluid and Grinding Wheel Prepared by CNTs@T304 Nano-Capsules

Grinding fluid often struggles to enter the grinding area and overcoming this challenge has been a major focus of research in recent years. Therefore, CNTs@T304 nano-capsules are prepared by filling cavities CNTs with lubricant T304. were used as an additive paper prepare resin wheels nanofluids, respectively. The filled for under lubrication T304 could then be released play self-lubricating role during grinding. First, characterized, properties nanofluids tested. Second, effects speed on force, temperature, surface roughness, ratio studied. Finally, mechanism was revealed through analysis workpiece. results suggested that had good thermal stability nanofluid from them exhibited dispersion conductivity. wheel found satisfy service conditions when content less than 15%. Compared common wheel, force temperature reduced 24% 28%, respectively, roughness workpiece increased 18% 21%, GCr15 steel nano-capsule wheel. Lubrication further reduce values. During grinding, self-lubrication film formed served first foremost lubricant. intervention enhanced heat-exchange effect efficiency zone.
